Tom Nugent Lead Consultant and Coach Tom has thirty-two year’s
experience leading individuals and teams to deliver great results, overcome
obstacles, accomplish their personal and career goals, and develop to their fullest potential in Fortune 500 companies. Since 2002 Tom
has been solely focused on developing leaders as an independent coach and consultant. Tom has worked with
leaders in the business community at the director and vice president levels, and with educational leaders at the
school principal and superintendent level.
Tom uses leadership development tools and models,
including 360 feedback and leadership coaching, to help leaders develop relationships, build trust and lead change. Tom's
focus is on providing leaders the tools to change themselves and to change the culture of the organization they lead. Tom is qualified by training to administer and
interpret the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, and is a former member of the Professional Coaches Association of Michigan, an
ICF affiliate. Tom
is Certified as an Appreciative Coach through Fielding Graduate University

Dr. Richard S. Gibson, Ed.D. Master Executive
Coach and Senior Organization Performance Consultant Dr. Gibson’s professional career has included working with clients on improving their strategic
planning processes, enhancing the impact of human resource development and training, strengthening efforts to improve overall
organization performance, and providing one-on-one confidential executive coaching services to leadership and leadership teams. Dr. Gibson earned
a Doctorate in Education, University of Maryland (1992), from the Department of Curriculum and Instruction.
He specialized in adult education and measuring organizational effectiveness. In addition, Dr. Gibson has designed and facilitated
more than 15 governing board retreats, focused on strategic visioning and planning, board self-assessment, role and new member
transition, board team effectiveness, and enhancing board/executive/staff relationships. Dr. Gibson has also managed 360 degree feedback programs
for over 150 managers in a large national organization and trained 12 manager/executives to provide 360 confidential feedback
and coaching. Dr.
Gibson has an extensive background in designing and delivering training programs for junior, mid-level and senior
managers. He is committed
to supporting leaders and leadership teams increase their effectiveness as they seek to lead successful organizational transformation
and change.
