Premise: Self development (achieving my “self” vision) drives commitment to team development (achieving the “team’s” vision) which drives commitment to organizational development (achieving the community or “organization’s” vision)

 

Goal: Provide district staff with development opportunities and resources that will drive individual growth and performance; improve collaboration to accomplish the district’s vision, mission and objectives; provide a model for leaders to lead change while fostering commitment in their direct and indirect reporting relationships

 

Result One: Focus on individual development (Change Self)

Result Two: Focus on team development (Change Team)
