but identify links for each individual between competency development and success.

Implement process to enhance self-awareness while building trust with team members.

Affirm or develop understanding of competencies critical to achieving performance goals and district

3.
Establish competency assessment using input from self and manager.
4.
Define and implement goal setting process for individual development, leveraging strengths to overcome weaknesses.
5.
Link performance improvement and competency development as separate but interactive parts of individual career
progress
6.
Determine individual levels of commitment and obstacles to be removed
