2.      Make formal commitments to one another about individual responsibilities for task, process and interaction

3.      Speak in a common language. Identify  or implement a common language about team interaction  

4.      Identify and remove obstacles to commitment from individuals and from the team as a whole

5.      Define individual roles and responsibilities for interactions
