  1. Leaders develop and articulate a teachable point of view (Tichy)
  2. Leaders recognize the worldview of direct reports and learn to speak to individual values about life and work
  3. Leaders create a climate and culture that supports continual improvement by amplifying multiple voices and acknowledging the role of every team member in the work of improving process as an outcome
  4. Leaders willingly collapse booundaries and open up silos to have and extend influence based on expertise across the organization, expanding their own role to extend to every strategic initiative.
