Coaching provides real time, live, person to person feedback about skills and abilities and behaviors.
Coaching is a catalyst for leaders to change and grow, and begins a personal and professional journey toward
clarity of purpose and clarity of action. In many professions and careers, the skills that
bring individuals recognition, reward and advancement to a new level are not the skills that make the person successful
at the next level. When great teachers become principals
or district administrators, their core strength of teaching children is no longer what will make them successful. Now they
must learn to lead change, give effective feedback, build a performance culture and provide appropriate support. Leadership coaching provides insight,
clarity and practice in the interaction skills and behaviors needed to be successful as a Leader in Education. Coaching
supports growth and drives success by developing core leadership practices to support the individual's understanding
