Our mission is to improve student academic results by developing
more effective Leaders in Education. Implementing research-driven curriculum and
research-driven instructional methods in today's educational culture requires research-driven leadership practices.
Graduate schools are addressing leadership as a core skillset
for Leaders in Education, but for incumbents, command and control may be the operative leadership model. Our mission
is to coach leaders in the relationship and interaction skills needed to lead change in today's education environment.
We provide tools for leaders to move schools
forward by building a culture of trust and success, and by leading change that starts with themselves and ultimately transforms
the entire organization.
